NBC pulls out all the stops tonight, first with the series premiere of small-town mockumentary Parks and Recreation, starring Amy Poehler and Rashida Jones, at 8:30 p.m. EDT, followed by Southland, a new cop drama with The OC's Benjamin McKenzie, at 10 p.m. For tried-and-true laughs, get there early for two all-new episodes of The Office at 8 and 9 p.m.
